J.K. Rowling Posted a New ‘Harry Potter’ Short Story About Celestina Warbeck!

Celestina Warbeck is known as Molly Weasley’s favorite singer on the Wizarding Wireless Network, but was only briefly mentioned in three of the Harry Potter books, so her character was never really fleshed out.
